What You'll Be Handling
Process and ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll, allowances, OT, and commissions, ensuring salaries are calculated and distributed accurately and on time
Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB submissions
Track leave, attendance, and basic HR documents (confirmation, resignation, etc.)
Assist in recruitment and onboarding: job ads, interview scheduling, welcome checklist
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and all other HR-related documentation
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, vehicle road tax, PUSPAKOM inspection, group insurance related matter
Coordinate internal staff activities, Festival events, briefings, townhall.
Handle general admin tasks: courier, inventory, office utilities
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Who We're Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in HR and Admin
Able to handle payroll accurately and on time (HR2000 Payroll)
Strong attention to detail, particularly in payroll calculation and employee claims
Proactive, organized, and good with follow-ups
Friendly and a team player — someone who enjoys engaging with people
Proficiency in both Mandarin (PRIMARY) and English, both written and verbal, to communicate with internal staff and external counterparts
Willing to learn and grow — this role will be guided by our department manager
