• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial /hospital /Semiconductor.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

• Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to taking on diverse responsibilities.

• Ensure facilities, layout, and machinery are running efficiently for both new and ongoing production.

• Plan and monitor material inventories to ensure all necessary spare parts, tools, and components are readily available.

• Develop and execute a Maintenance Management Plan to reduce downtime and control costs.

• Plan routine and preventive maintenance for critical in-house systems (e.g., air-conditioners, air compressors, dryers, cooling towers).

• Analyze facility usage and costs, and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with key departments including procurement, engineering, projects, HR, and finance.

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors, ensuring high standards of performance.
