Job Scope

• Lead the warehouse team in daily operations

• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics and shipping.

• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goals

• Ensure accurate stock control (in and out)

• Load and unload of materials and goods

• To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse

• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the management

• Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support inventory analysis.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and inventory control techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Knowledge in ISO 9001 / 14000 Quality Management System is preferable.
