Key Responsibilities

• Evolve, optimize and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, turret punching, bending and other fabrication equipment.

• Understand engineering drawings, 3D drawings and BOM to produce accurate and optimized programs.

• Prepare work instructions and layouts for production teams.

• Support NPI by developing prototype and validating manufacturability.

• Be proactive in resolving production issues and quality improvement.

• Coordinate with department to ensure smooth production flow.
