We’re Hiring: HR Executive

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The role includes recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, foreign worker management, training & development, policy compliance, and HR operational support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to support business operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Job Requirements
-Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent.
-Other educational qualifications may be considered subject to relevant working experience.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Payroll Systems (SQL)
-Minimum 2 years of HR working experience.
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Description
1. Foreign Workers Administrative
· Manage all aspects of foreign worker matters and ensure compliance with regulations.
· Liaise with Foreign Workers Manpower Agencies for workers hiring based on organization manpower planning and manpower requirements.
· Prepare required documentation for new worker hiring.
· Monitor and handle workers permit renewal and FOMEMA matters.
· Handle workers termination and resignation processes.
2. Recruitment and Manpower Planning
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for all staff levels including job posting, interview coordination and onboarding orientation.
3. Compliance & Policies
· Prepare and issue HR-related letters, memos and correspondences.
· Review and update HR policies, Employee Handbooks and SOPs regularly.
· Update organization chart as and when required.
4. Payroll
· Payroll processing for local & Foreign Worker.
5. Compensation and Benefit
· Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, job grading and salary scale.
6. Learning and Development
· Arrange and maintain records for employee training and development programs including HRDF claim processing.
· Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and consultation with management.
· Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs.
· Ensure company compliance with HR Quality Objectives and SOPs.
7. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
· Manage end-to-end staff disciplinary management process.
· Handle staff grievance matters.
· Prepare disciplinary letters and related documentation.
· Review disciplinary cases and provide recommendations for fair and equitable decisions.
· Initiate and develop employee relations programs aligned with company objectives and core values.
9. Others
· Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely submission to Finance for payment.
· Assist Finance Department for staff's claim reimbursement & entitlement.
· Participate in company event organizing activities.
· Support and back up HRA team members whenever required.
· Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
