Responsibilities

· Team Management & Deployment: Schedule, assign, and dispatch cleaners to various job sites. Handle daily attendance, arrange shift coverages, and train new staff on proper cleaning methods.

· Quality Control: Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that cleaning standards meet both company policies and client expectations. Address and resolve any service deficiencies promptly.

· Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Address inquiries, respond to specific service requests, and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

· Equipment & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and machinery. Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained, safe to use, and repaired when necessary.

· Health, Safety, & Compliance: Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), train staff on safety guidelines (e.g., proper chemical dilution), and ensure compliance with waste disposal and local regulations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Typically, 1–3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in the cleaning, hospitality, or building maintenance industry.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage, motivate, and discipline a diverse workforce. Clear communication is needed for client interactions and reporting.
• Mobility & Physical Stamina: A valid driver's license and the ability to commute between various local sites (e.g., Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or KL).
• Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial cleaning chemicals, heavy-duty cleaning machinery (floor scrubbers, pressure washers), and color-coding systems.
• Tech-Savviness: Basic computer or smartphone literacy for reporting, email correspondence, and roster management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
