To plan daily production order in terms of man power, process line and stock availability for every section in production;

• To adjust schedules for four station mentioned and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assigned accordingly;
• To determine crewing requirements, schedules team members and temporary employees and works with Human Resource department to meet changing production schedules;
• To manage daily production to ensure productivity goals are met, production schedules are attained, downtime of equipment is minimized and safety goals are achieved;
• To prepare and analyse daily and weekly production reports;
• To supervise, monitor and control processes and ensure tracking of each items by processes;
• To interact and liaise with production team and logistic to prioritize back orders;
• To update and record on daily production status and WIP;
• To coordinate and plan for reworks and rejects goods;
• To plan and analyze daily and weekly production reports;
• To ensure all finished products meets company quality standards;
• To update the daily production order in terms of man power, process line and stock availability to superior;
• To be responsible for work instruction and procedure of production area;
• To develop and recommend improve of facilities, equipment or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency;
• To discuss with team how to lead production and organize teamwork to strive for an efficient and effective administration;
• To maintain 5S and housekeeping of the production area and organize workplace accordingly;
• To maintain subordinates’ discipline and performances, motivate and resolve problem and grievances in a proper manner;
• To provide related training to all production personnel and ensure the effectiveness and awareness of the training;
• To adhere to the company’s rules and regulations as stipulated in the appointment letter;
• To perform any other related duties as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
