Job Description:
- Develop and implement the laboratory’s annual and monthly work plans, management systems, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate laboratory staff, organize training programs, and foster team development and motivation.
- Oversee daily testing and analysis of raw materials and products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and 6S laboratory management.
- Manage calibration, maintenance, and procurement of laboratory instruments, equipment, and consumables; maintain equipment ledgers and participate in equipment acceptance.
- Ensure laboratory safety, maintain infrastructure, and coordinate with auditors, clients, and third parties for certifications and system audits.
- Maintain and update documentation, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement of laboratory processes and performance.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree or above, major in metal materials, chemistry, mechanical related fields
· Five years or more of laboratory testing related work experience, and two years or more of relevant management experience
· Familiar with relevant national industry standards; Familiar with high-temperature alloy technology and manufacturing is advantage
· Proficient in using office automation software,
· Proficient in the operation and management of Nadcap and CNAS systems is advantage
