- To issue and prepare delivery documents such as delivery order, invoices, packing list and shipping labels accurately and promptly.
- To ensure delivery order are properly acknowledged and return upon delivery of goods.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to delivery orders, coordinating with the relevant superior for resolution.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery order processing and documentation and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to delivery orders.
- Any other related jobs assigned by superior.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics team for timely deliveries.
- Assist in loading and unloading activities when required.
- Maintain proper filing of delivery orders, invoices, and other warehouse records.
- Support in generating reports related to stock movement and deliveries.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in manufacturing/warehouse/logistics operations
- Basic knowledge of delivery orders, invoices, and stock management.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
