岗位职责

  • To issue and prepare delivery documents such as delivery order, invoices, packing list and shipping labels accurately and promptly.
  • To ensure delivery order are properly acknowledged and return upon delivery of goods.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to delivery orders, coordinating with the relevant superior for resolution.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery order processing and documentation and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to delivery orders.
  • Any other related jobs assigned by superior.
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics team for timely deliveries.
  • Assist in loading and unloading activities when required.
  • Maintain proper filing of delivery orders, invoices, and other warehouse records.
  • Support in generating reports related to stock movement and deliveries.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in manufacturing/warehouse/logistics operations
  • Basic knowledge of delivery orders, invoices, and stock management.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
