Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in searching for and manage product photos related to constuction / projects
• Check whether website has all the required policies in place
• Review customers websites and product listings
• Handle filing (digital & physical) to ensure proper record keeping
• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Project Admin team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
