- Fluent in Japanese (strong verbal communication skills)
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Passionate about helping customers and solving problems
- Able to work rotational & night shifts
- E-commerce experience is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong Japanese proficiency are encouraged to apply
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Handle live customer contacts (calls, chats, emails)
- Provide accurate and professional solutions to inquiries
- Ensure high customer satisfaction on every interaction
- Meet quality standards and KPI targets
- Complete 9 hours of staffed time per rostered day
