Job Summary:

Senior Procurement Associate is responsible to release purchase order based on the right lead time and unit price to supplier which including delivery date follow-up and confirmation.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Responsible to create, adjust or cancel purchase order based on MRP demand
• Maintain or update PO Delivery Date Change Process.
• Responsible for PO management when PN have ECR, ECN, ECO
• Involvement in MOQ PO Escalation process
• Salvage (DOA/RMA) solving.
• Maintain good supplier relationship and monthly evaluate supplier performance.
• Inventory control to avoid PO and material excess.

Requirement for this position:

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain. Prefer with experience in PCBA electronic component purchase skill and knowledge.
• Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook, communication skill, material chasing skill, and purchasing operation flow.
• Advantage to candidate who have experience working in Electrical & Electronic; PCBA industry.
