Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Cyberjaya. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, and compliance with HR policies. The role also includes handling employee relations, updating HR policies, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and align HR practices with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and a deep understanding of HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with employees and stakeholders
- Familiarity with employment law and best practices in Malaysia
