Energy Workforce Group Hiring! Full Time Quality Assurance Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Energy Workforce Group (EW) is looking for an experienced and independent QA Manager to lead and manage the company’s Quality Management Systems and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company systems including:

• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• ISO 45001
• ISO/IEC 17020
• Rope Access Management Systems
• Classification Society inspection requirements
• Other new systems currently under implementation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all company processes and systems
• Handle client audits, certification audits, and internal audits
• Provide guidance and system training to new employees on company procedures and processes
• Ensure proper documentation, implementation, and compliance across all departments
• Supervise and guide QA Executive and HSE Executive based at HQ and branch
• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and compliance standards
• Stay updated with industry changes and adapt company systems accordingly

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in QA Management
• Strong knowledge in ISO management systems and audit processes
• Experience with Classification Society inspections and Rope Access systems is an added advantage
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage systems with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
