任职资格

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English
  • Experience in online sales or e-commerce sales/marketing
  • Familiar with CRM systems is a plus
  • Able to work in a target or performance-based role
  • Work closely with the marketing team (ads, campaigns, creatives)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and SOP-driven
  • Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets

岗位职责

  • Handle customer enquiries and close leads across social media professionally
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support sales-driven campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and issue resolution
  • Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction across online platforms
  • Manage order-related matters end-to-end (appointments, refunds, returns)
  • Support monthly promotions to drive traffic and sales
  • Prepare basic daily reports to improve online customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Present products and services effectively via online platforms
