Job Overview

You will take ownership of developing new business opportunities, driving sales revenue, and contributing to customer success. Through consistent engagement and smart outreach, you will help businesses improve performance while building your own career growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound sales activities including smart cold calling to generate new leads
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Engage with decision-makers to drive sales conversion and revenue
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business impact


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience or strong interest in B2B sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient
  • Willing to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
