Job Responsibilities

1.Guest & Event Coordination

Coordinate client and guest visits, including overseas arrangements.

Plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities.

2.Transportation & Accommodation

Manage transportation arrangements (drivers, transfers, claims).

Oversee staff accommodation, dormitories, and Director & GM residences.

3.Workplace & Welfare Management

Manage canteen operations, office supplies, cleaning services, and workplace environment.

Handle employee welfare initiatives, including vending machines and group purchases.

4.Administrative Support & Reporting

Prepare monthly administrative reports and support daily operations.

5.Ad-hoc Tasks

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree；

2. Outgoing candidate with good communication skills;

3. Cheerful, easy-going and detailed person;

4. Good teamwork spirit, patient and persistent work habits.

5. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English;

6. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.
