Role Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, payroll administration, and HR documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions within a fast-paced multi-industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in job postings on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding preparation for new joiners.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
2. HR Administration
- Assist in preparing HR documents:
- Offer letters
- Confirmation letters
- Employee filing
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing system.
3. Payroll & Attendance Support
- Assist in attendance checking and leave monitoring.
- Support payroll preparation:
- Claims
- OT records
- Leave records
- Assist in compiling payroll supporting documents.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of:
- Team bonding activities
- Employee engagement programs
- Staff events and celebrations
- Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.
5. Ad-hoc HR Projects
- Support HR improvement projects and initiatives.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR team.
