Job Details

Position: Live Host
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 + Commission
Working Days & Hours:

• 1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Notes:

• Required to work on Saturdays based on shift schedule
• Shift rotation every two weeks

Job Description

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and creative Live Host to promote and sell perfume products through TikTok live sessions.

In this role, you will be responsible for hosting engaging live streams, interacting with audiences in real time, and creating entertaining content that drives customer engagement and sales. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, monitor audience performance, and improve live session strategies.

This position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, comfortable on camera, and passionate about social media, live selling, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1) Host engaging media social live sessions to promote and sell the company’s perfume products
2) Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions and providing product recommendations
3) Create entertaining and persuasive content to increase brand awareness and sales
4) Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live session strategies and promotional campaigns
5) Monitor audience engagement, feedback, and performance to improve future live sessions
6) Ensure consistency in brand representation and messaging during live streams
7) Stay updated with live-selling trends and apply best practices to maximize conversions
8) Assist in generating and managing leads from live sessions for follow-ups and sales closing
9) Plan content themes, scripts, and promotional topics before going live
10) Research latest trends and customer preferences to improve content quality and engagement

Requirements

1) Minimum SPM qualification
2) Experience in live hosting, sales, customer service, or content creation is an advantage
3) Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
4) Creative, energetic, and able to engage online audiences effectively
5) Familiar with social media trends, and live-selling techniques
