Job Description

• Monitor and ensure smooth operation and reliability of production machines & equipment
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for machine breakdowns and process issues.
• Coordinate closely with the maintenance team on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Guide & supervise technicians in maintenance, repair, and machine setup activities
• Plan & Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime
• Analyze machine performance, downtime, and rejection data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to improve efficiency, quality and reliability
• Support Machine installation, commissioning, and improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures & company policies.
• Prepare technical reports, downtime analysis, and improvement plans for management review.

Job Requirement

• Work Experience - Preferably 1-3years experience in manufacturing environment, hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance and process improvement.
• Professional Requirement - Training in machine operation & maintenance (Blowing, Compressors, chillers)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
