We are looking for a committed and experienced Assistant Project Management to support and oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects.
The candidate must be hands-on, site-oriented, and capable of monitoring project progress, coordinating contractors, and understanding technical drawings and site requirements independently.
Job Scope
- Assist Project Manager in managing renovation and interior fit-out projects
- Conduct daily site visits and supervise site work progress
- Coordinate and monitor contractors, suppliers, and site workers
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawing, specifications, and project timeline
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure site progress meets project requirements
- Perform site inspections and prepare progress updates and reports
- Follow up on materials, deliveries, quotations, and work schedules
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Coordinate with clients, management office, owners, and tenants when necessary
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper work coordination
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in renovation, interior fit-out, construction, or site coordination
- Prior experience as Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator is preferred
- Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and site details independently
- Strong knowledge of renovation process, site workflow, and contractor coordination
- Able to monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and project timeline
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites
