Responsibilities:
1. Operations Coordination
- Track and coordinate new outlet openings from planning to launch
- Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and stock documentation
- Compile monthly stock orders from retail outlets and sales teams
- Follow up on action from operation meetings to ensure timely closure
2. Administrative Support
- Compile and verify staff claims for management approval
- Coordinate rosters and support new hire onboarding
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation records
3. SOP & Staff Administration
- Update and distribute SOPs to relevant departments
- Ensure staff confirmation and disciplinary processes are completed on time
- Brief staff on job responsibilities and retail handbook as needed
4. Marketing & Event Support
- Coordinate offline marketing activities, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Liaise with Marketing on promotional materials and campaign needs
- Source, order, and manage inventory for marketing materials and promotional items
- Conduct stock takes and inventory tracking for marketing assets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
