Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR system data entry and employee records update
- Support payroll preparation including attendance, leave and overtime checking
- Perform physical and digital filing of HR documents
- Assist in preparing HR letters and administrative documents
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and document follow-up
- Assist with ad-hoc HR assignments when required
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
- Good time management and willingness to learn
- Mandarin speaker preferred
