About the Role


The FMDC Logistics Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal and external business customers and partners, overseeing the order fulfilment process, and implementing customer-focused improvements based on identified needs and long-term cooperation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact via email and phone for internal and external customers regarding order fulfilment coordination;
  • Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with business partners and customers;
  • Coordinate and monitor delivery execution by overseeing delivery plans and cooperating closely with logistics operator, CEVA Logistics, and relevant courier service providers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare and complete all documentation required for order processing, including issuing invoices;
  • Participate in the customer complaints resolution process
  • Manage customer returns processes;
  • Verify accuracy of order data, including delivery terms and delivery methods;
  • Implement and manage changes to customer orders;
  • Coordinate transport requests, transportation and customs documentation (Packing Lists, Delivery Notes, specifications, pro forma invoices, certificates, declarations)
  • Assist 3PL CEVA Logistics with authorized Customs Brokers to ensure efficient import and export clearance
  • Consolidate outbound shipments to optimize freight costs
  • Plan, release, and book replenishment orders based on demand forecasts, MRP signals, and agreed planning parameters
  • Analyze demand, supply, lead times, and inventory parameters to ensure optimal stock coverage to mitigate material shortages or supply risks
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to align supply plans with operational needs
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

What You Need to Be Successful


Requirements

  • Experience within logistics and supply chain
  • Very good command of English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Proficient in Excel and planning-related reporting tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related operational area
