This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Executive, based in Shah Alam. The Project Executive will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and analyzing project performance. Additionally, the role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and successful implementation of POMEN’s enterprise platforms.

• Project Management and Coordination skills, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical skills in areas such as System Integration, IoT, and Data Analysis.
• Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking to address challenges and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management applications (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to work in on-site team settings in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Experience in operations or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
