Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/QC team to implement and oversee quality strategies and ensure alignment with company and industry standards.
• Review inspection results and ensure adherence to product specifications, especially for critical components.
• Oversee weekly quality performance reports, analyzing key metrics like defect rates, rework, and customer complaints.
• Lead monthly internal audits and manage external audits from certification bodies (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949) to maintain compliance and certifications.
• Develop long-term quality improvement plans to reduce defects, enhance product durability, and implement preventive measures.
• Coach and mentor quality staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and deliver yearly training for QA/QC and sales teams to strengthen technical knowledge and customer relationship management.
• Other task as per assign by management.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or similar role in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO14001, ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage audits, corrective actions, and long-term quality initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
