Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
- SPM graduate or higher qualification.
- Experience in customer service (BPO sector), or prior B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong ability to convert support calls into sales opportunities.
- Passionate about sales and committed to achieving targets.
- Tech-savvy or interested in web/online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce).
- Willing to work onsite; on a 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Open to local Malaysian candidates.
Responsibility
- Handle inbound calls with strong sales and customer service approach
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services (consultative selling)
- Provide support for basic website, domain, and hosting inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and aim for first call resolution
- Guide customers to appropriate solutions, including third-party or paid services when needed
- Drive sales through effective communication and upselling
- Meet KPIs such as conversion rate, customer satisfaction (NPS), and resolution metrics
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong interpersonal skills
