Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Senior Administrative Executive to support the Security Operations Team in handling attendance monitoring, operational documentation, inventory coordination, hostel compliance, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update guards’ daily attendance records.
Verify attendance bonus records and submit finalized reports monthly.
Ensure guards meet minimum working day requirements and report attendance issues immediately.
Manage uniform and stationery inventory, including stock records and issuance forms.
Prepare and submit monthly hostel and inventory reports.
Follow up on operational reports and documentation, including KPI reports, client visit reports, inspection reports, leave forms, training attendance, and disciplinary records.
Coordinate FOMEMA schedules and related documentation with Operations and Admin teams.
Maintain proper guard documentation, including passports, permits, and personnel files.
Assist with monthly attendance key-in and general administrative duties.
Support the Operations Team with meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-up on pending matters.
Coordinate closely with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure timely submission and closure of operational tasks.
Requirements:-
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations support experience, preferably in the security industry.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
