Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services
• Assist customers with an orders
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system
• Follow up with customers to increase sales and maintain good relationships
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, responsible, and hardworking attitude
• Interested in sales and customer service
• Experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have basic knowledge in computer skills.
• Can work well under pressure.
• Can work on weekend
