岗位职责

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process pharmacy and medication orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate and communicate with pharmacy outlets to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery
  • Follow up on pending orders, medication issues, and delivery status
  • Support basic data processing, reporting, and analysis tasks
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of orders and operational activities
  • Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as assigned
  • Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in daily operations
  • Escalate operational issues promptly when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field OR currently pursuing a university degree
  • Fresh graduates and university students are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible, accountable, and able to work independently
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable handling administrative and operational tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
  • Able to commit for a 3-month engagement
  • Must be willing to work at Bukit Raja Klang
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
