Position: Admin Assistant
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Working Hours: Standard Office Hours
Location: 16, Jalan Bulan U5/168, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and procurement-related operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting procurement and tender processes. You will also ensure that records are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
This position is ideal for individuals who are systematic, responsible, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
2. Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational documents
3. Coordinate with internal departments to support operational requirements
4. Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and operational resources
5. Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
6. Ensure all documentation is properly organized, updated, and easily accessible
7. Assist in procurement activities including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and price comparison
8. Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with requirements and deadlines (experience in ePerolehan is an advantage)
9. Ensure tender submissions comply with specifications, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
10. Maintain proper filing and records for procurement and tender documentation
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
2. Experience in administrative, procurement, or tender-related work is an advantage
3. Familiar with ePerolehan system is an added advantage
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
