SA Management Trainee Program: Forging Future Industry Leaders

The SA Management Trainee (MT) Program is a strategic initiative designed to cultivate a high-performing workforce while unlocking the full potential of young talent. Through this two-year immersive development journey, MTs will undergo a comprehensive blend of theoretical learning and hands-on practical experience. You will evolve into a strategic thinker and a skilled manager, gaining deep expertise in our core product lines—including advanced filtration packages and specialized control card repair services.

As an MT, you will support critical operations for global giants in the Power, Oil & Gas industries across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking high-caliber individuals ready to make an impact. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from a recognized university or college.
• Proven Performance: Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to lead, innovate, and solve complex challenges in the energy and industrial sectors.
