• Lead and supervise production operators on the production floor
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules
• Monitor production output to meet targets and deadlines
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff
• Monitor machine operation and report equipment issues
• Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Prepare production reports and update supervisors on performance
• Minimize downtime, waste, and production errors
• Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and quality control departments

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
