岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records (inbound & outbound)
· Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
· Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods
· Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items
· Prepare and update inventory reports and documentation (DO, GRN, etc.)
· Coordinate with warehouse and operations team on stock movement
· Identify discrepancies and report any stock issues or damages
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
· Assist in stock audits and compliance checks
· Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Requirements
· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
· 1/2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may apply)
· Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., Excel, ERP)
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to work independently and in a team environment
· Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities
· Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
· Experience with stock management systems (SQL, SAP, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of documentation (Delivery Order, Invoice, Stock Report)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
