Job Description
Oversee the entire operations of Documentation Department for both Import and Export of the organization.
Plan, manage and coach a team within the documentation dept.
Establish, review and achieve organizational objectives relating to documentation operations.
Analyze and prepare monthly reports as required by management / principal office.
Any other task assigned by superior or management
Reports to Senior Customer Care Manager
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
Candidate must possess at least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the shipping documentation department and familiar with shipping and customs requirements
Candidate must be able to speak and write good and fluent English
Able to lead, work in a team, self-motivated, aggressive, result and customer oriented
Candidate must have experience in managing a team of >10HC
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Versatile and adaptable to new environment including learning a new process and system
Position will be based in Selangor
