Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations at the project site.
Track and record staff attendance, leave, and site-related manpower data.
Responsible for sending and receiving mail, express delivery, and managing storage rooms.
Manage and purchase office supplies, site facilities, and general office upkeep.
Filing of documentation, records, notes and all correspondence.
Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, and document scanning.
Handle administrative reimbursement transactions
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by project manager or management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience. Preferably in Construction or its related industry.
Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
Good in interpersonal skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the Project Team.
Good working attitude
