Job Description

• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with PCs, operating systems, workstations, laptop hardware/software, printers, door access, and CCTV both on-site and remotely.

• Administration, planning, support, and installation of Windows-based systems and some Linux machines.

• Install and configure computer operating systems and applications.

• Carry out software integration and configuration to ensure usability.

• Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.

• Set up accounts for staff, ensuring all company platforms are properly installed and accessible.

• Monitor network status and provide weekly reports to the manager.

• Provide day-to-day support and assistance for end-users of laptops, PCs, or servers.

• Exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines and standards.

• Organize and prioritize workflow to meet established timeframes.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications for IT support, automation, and system optimization.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.

• Understanding of cybersecurity practices including endpoint protection, access control, and data privacy compliance.

• Ability to support and integrate collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).

• Web design capability — including basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), UI/UX principles, and integration of company branding into websites or portals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field.

  Self-motivated, willing to travel and able to work with minimum supervision.

  Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and positive attitude towards continuous learning.

  Strong inter-personal skills and able to work well as part of a team.

  Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (car), as travelling if needed.

  Candidates with 2 years of experience in IT support role are preferable to apply.
