SPEEDHOME is Malaysia’s largest rental management platform. We help landlords find tenants, screen tenants, secure on-time rent protection, coordinate repairs, and manage the full tenancy cycle.
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to grow our Klang Valley market across three channels:
Speedreno renovation sales, developer partnerships, and banking/institutional property portfolios.
You will be on the ground at newly VP-ed projects, meeting landlords before competitors do, building referral channels, and opening doors with developers and banks.
The MissionCapture property owners at the exact moment they enter the rental market.
Newly VP-ed condo owners need renovation, tenant sourcing, rent protection, and tenancy support. Developers need help turning unsold units into stronger investor products. Banks need ways to monetise distressed or foreclosure property portfolios.
Your job is to turn these moments into revenue.
What You’ll DoDrive Speedreno D2C renovation sales by targeting newly VP-ed condominium projects across Klang Valley.
Show up at handovers, owner communities, building management offices, and project sites to capture landlords early.
Pitch SPEEDHOME’s full ecosystem: Speedreno to prepare the unit, SPEEDHOME to rent it out, Speedfix to maintain it.
Build referral pipelines with building management, JMB/MC contacts, movers, contractors, community admins, and property-related partners.
Approach developers and position SPEEDHOME as their rental solution partner for unsold units, investor buyers, and VP handover campaigns.
Support banking partnerships by pitching our foreclosure leasing framework to banks and financial institutions.
Use CRM, WhatsApp funnels, and internal tools to follow up fast, track every lead, and prevent hot prospects from going cold.
Feed market intel back to the team: active VP projects, owner objections, competitor offers, rental demand, and conversion gaps.
What We’re Looking ForYou are a business development person who can sell on the ground and speak to corporate stakeholders.
You can walk into a new condo project, talk to owners, identify pain points, and convert interest into action.
You can also sit with a developer or bank contact and explain how SPEEDHOME helps them move property inventory faster.
You are not afraid of fieldwork.
You do not wait for leads.
You follow up aggressively.
You use CRM properly.
You can sell without overpromising.
RequirementsExperience in business development, sales, partnerships, property, banking, renovation, fintech, hospitality, or related fields.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
