We are seeking passionate Lecturers to join our academic team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in :

• Computer Networking

• Cloud Computing

• AI

• Cyber security

This role involves curriculum design, student guidance, research supervision, and contributing to programmed development. Ideal candidates are motivated educators, whether fresh PhD/Master’s graduates or experienced professionals, committed to nurturing the next generation of tech leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage teaching across face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats.

• Design curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, and student activities.

• Monitor and assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and update the LMS.

• Supervise research projects and placements and mentor junior lecturers.

• Collaborate with academic teams and external partners to ensure quality and relevance.

• Prepare and moderate examination papers, assignments, and course performance reports.

• Participate in programme reviews, accreditation preparation, and quality enhancement initiatives.

• Engage in student support activities and contribute to recruitment efforts.

Skills & Requirements

Senior Lecturer

• PhD in IT, Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related field.

• MBA in IT, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred; industry experience is an advantage.

• Strong research, academic writing, and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Preferred local Malaysian.

Additional Requirements (both roles)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Leadership, mentoring, and motivational capabilities.
