About the role

As an Administrative Assistant at Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. This full-time position is based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office, where you will work closely with the wider team to ensure efficient administrative processes and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisted in preparing and organizing legal documents related to property auctions, including Proclamation of Sale, Memorandum of Sale, and Assisted in the acquisition of auction
    properties, including document verification

  •  Supported administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing letters, bills, and
    updating client records in system

  •  Assisted in preparing supporting documentation for successful property auction bidders.

  •  Coordinated with legal firms, bidders, and banks on property auction matters.

  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin / Account or related field

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Responsibility, Self Discipline & Team work

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
