Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Education Executive to support the development of educational and support resources for our software users. This role involves creating learning materials, maintaining knowledge content to help users better understand our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update educational and support resources, including but not limited to knowledge base articles, help files, FAQs, user guides, coursebooks, assessments, and instructional videos.
• Ensure all educational content is clear, accurate, well-structured, and aligned with product updates.
• Assist in deliver webinars, product training sessions, and learning workshops for users, partners, or internal teams when needed.
• Support the development of course materials and certification-related content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Assist in other education-related initiatives, events, and activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
• Strong English proficiency, particularly in written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise information effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently collaboratively in a team environment.
