About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Tri Creative Solution Sdn Bhd. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This full-time role is based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office, contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain office administrative systems, procedures, and policies

• Provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the management team

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Manage correspondence, filing, and document control procedures

• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

• Provide customer service support and handle inquiries from clients and colleagues

• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the administrative department

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
