Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to support a global digital platform in maintaining a safe and positive online environment. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.

What You Will Do:

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify, classify, and escalate inappropriate or policy-violating content when necessary.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle sensitive or graphic content professionally and responsibly.
• Follow operational procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in ongoing training programs.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin (C1 level) and English is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions quickly.
• Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
• Able to manage emotionally sensitive or disturbing content professionally.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a KPI-driven environment is an advantage.
