Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Support:
• Assist with the receiving, storing, and tracking of incoming retail products using our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Learn and apply inventory management best practices, including cycle counting and stock audits, to ensure data accuracy.
• Help with order fulfillment processes, from picking and packing to preparing shipments for retail stores or e-commerce customers.
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• IT System & Data Analysis:
• Gain hands-on experience with key IT systems used in a retail supply chain, such as the WMS, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and warehouse productivity.
• Help in preparing and testing new system functionalities, updates, and applications.
• Process Improvement & Projects:
• Participate in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and store management, to implement new processes or technologies.
• Document workflows, create training materials, and provide support to end-users on new systems or procedures.
• Contribute ideas and insights for leveraging technology to optimize retail supply chain operations.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
