1.⁠ ⁠Responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that they meet or exceed the dealership's sales targets.

2.⁠ ⁠Accountable for planning, strategizing and overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales team.

3.⁠ ⁠Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in the automotive industry. Ensure that customers receive a positive experience during their visit to the showroom includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that the sales team delivers excellent service.

4.⁠ ⁠Responsible for training and developing the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

5.⁠ ⁠Strength in problem solving and customers complains fulfillment, issue resolution, and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.

6.⁠ ⁠Maintains a customer-oriented mindset, consistently keeping abreast of the company’s external operating environment.
