IT Solutions Sales Executive

Oasis Ara Damansara | Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (On-site)

Our client is a fast-growing IT solutions provider driving digital transformation for businesses across industries. They deliver end-to-end solutions—from custom software, web & mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms to system integration, API development, and IT support—helping companies scale efficiently in a digital-first world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage the full sales cycle
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Conduct market research and track industry trends
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and presentations

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Interest or exposure to IT/software solutions
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage
• Familiarity with API integration is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
• Must have own transport

What You’ll Get

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
• Commission: 3% per personal sales (uncapped earning potential)
