We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the company’s daily accounting operations and support overall financial activities. The ideal candidate will be handling full set of accounts, preparing financial reports, and liaising with auditors and external parties. Fresh graduates with strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation
• Assist in audit and tax preparation processes
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks when required
