Qualification & Experience:

• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of complex systems, preferably in parking management or related industries.
• Must possess own transport for travel between car park sites and other locations as required.

Task & Responsibilities

• 2 Vacancies. Locations: Petaling Jaya
• Assist the technical supervisor with day-to-day troubleshooting and diagnosing of breakdown issues in car park systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including the upkeep and replacement of parts and components at car park sites.
• Coordinate and follow up on-site projects, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
• Involve in the startup operations of new car parks and the handover process, including terminating telephone lines, arranging for the installation/removal of signs, and coordinating the installation/dismantling of equipment with contractors.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for car park equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records, and other relevant activities.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for spare parts, consumable items, and work orders to ensure adequate supplies and timely repairs.
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing all parking control devices/equipment, including lighting, vehicle counters, alarms, fee computers, and security systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
