Air Freight Assistant Manager
Job Description:
- Plan, Managed, and controlled division operational activities by optimizing available resources (space, expertise, and technology) to achieve highlevel, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and retention,
- Initiate value-added logistics business opportunities to ensure continuouslygrowth and profitability
- Implement appropriate plans and programs within budgets and executionof all activities in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures and regulations
- To have a more strategic role and deal with planning, administration andgeneral management issues, which will include the day-to-day supervision Of staff, and overseeing work organized by supervisors
- Manage day-to-day shipment activities and ensure the operations team
- Deliver excellent and top-notch logistics services to customers
- Willing to take up Ad-hoc job assigned and travel as and when required by Management, ensure proper planning and execution of the daily operations activities in compliance with the company policies & SOPs
- Customer-oriented, good people skills, and able to work with people at all Levels
- To have a basic understanding of the ISO Management system
- Independent with an Analytical mind in problem-solving and able to handle Management report
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
