Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain MQA documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Assist in the submission of reports, accreditation documents, and other required materials to MQA.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with institutional policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather required data and documentation for accreditation processes.
- Organize and maintain documentation for internal audits, reviews, and MQA inspections.
- Support the preparation of progress reports and assessments related to MQA requirements.
- Assist in managing the records of program accreditation and re-accreditation processes.
- Respond to queries from MQA and assist in preparing for visits and assessments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any related field (preferably in Education, Administration, or Management).
- Familiarity with MQA accreditation processes and documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
